Order confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation 
email. This means that we receive your order in our system and 
pre-authorize your credit card for the purchase. Once we receive 
your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to confirm 
that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. 
If your item is on hold or unavailable, we will void the 
pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your items 
are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), 
we will process the charges and ship the order for shipment.

Delivery time is 24-48 business days, however you may receive 
your items much sooner depending on your location. We will send 
tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving 
the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.

Cancellations and cancellations; refunds
All orders canceled after 48 hours. You may cancel 
your order without penalty. Please cancel your order before 
it ships. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) 
will also be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. 
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you use 
when placing your order.
