    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 
    If you wish to request net billing terms, please contact your sales representative for a credit request.

     

    I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
    Just reply to the order confirmation email and confirm.
    After verifying that the address provided is wrong,
    notify us by email at contato@lojinhadapaty.com.
    If the address provided is wrong, we can change the
    address to the correct one within 24 hours.
    No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect shipment.

     

    SHIPPING + DELIVERY
    We will select the best carrier and shipping method based on 
    the size and weight of the ordered products. Product minimums
    will be in effect on certain items. Please allow 4-7 production days for your order to ship.
    Average shipping time is 25-45 days based on location.
    Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order
    is shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after
    7 business days, please email contato@lojinhadapaty.com.
    You will not be charged for any items that do not ship, items
    ordered will only be charged upon shipment. Delivery service is
    at your doorstep. Delivery does not include unpacking or assembly.

     

    Return

    We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective 
    or damaged. We give you 10 days to send it back for a full refund.
    You must send it back at your own expense. You must contact the
    store before any merchandise is returned. Goods returned without
    prior authorization will be refused. Goods pre-approved for return
    must be returned in original, undamaged condition and in its
    original packaging and at the shipper's cost, including shipping
    charges and any applicable brokerage or taxes. Upon approval of
    the return, Customer Service will issue an RMA
    (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form via fax or email.
    This RMA form must accompany the returned merchandise and the
    RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of any
    packaging. Returns that arrive without proper RMA documentation
    will be refused. In circumstances where an item is approved for
    return after 7 days of receipt, a restocking fee may apply.
    Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original
    credit card used for payment. If something is not clear, please
    feel free to contact customer service before placing your order.

     

    DAMAGED GOODS
    If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours 
    of receipt so that we can work with you to arrange a return,
    replacement, refund or credit. If there is obvious damage to
    the package upon delivery, please note the condition of the
    package on the packing slip or refuse delivery altogether.
    Please contact your sales representative if you refuse a
    shipment. Once the goods have been in your possession for more
    than 48 hours, we cannot accept any damage claims.

    We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not sell 
    or disclose our customers' information to other sources. During
    a sales transaction, your credit card information, if submitted,
    is never stored. Any information we collect from you is solely
    for the processing of your order. If you choose to subscribe to
    our mailing list, we will occasionally send you targeted marketing
    information or special product offers. In each marketing email,
    you will be given the option to unsubscribe and avoid receiving
    future emails from us.
